To use this spreadsheet, you enter up to 5 lines of information that you would like on the label. That information is copied over into 59 additional 5 line labels. I sized it so they all fit on one sheet of paper. I then cut them up and paste them to the bottle using “Edit, Paste”…. Just kidding, I use milk as the adhesive. A typical label looks like:

As you can see, I typically enter the name of the brew, the date, which batch it is, where I got the recipe and my name.
